  Luxury Maintenance Service have used Southern Fabrications recently to install a new balustrade into a clients hair salon. From the initial contact for quoting and arranging measurements and design the process has been a exceptional and straight forward. Our initial contact with Grant Belben was professional and this relationship with the company followed through from inception all the way forward to the install date. We were regularly updated with progress on the fabrication and all timescales were met as agreed.   Excellent Design, Installation and Customer Service. I had a custom made glass balustrade and gates made around my decking area. They took the time to understand our requirements, made some great design suggestions and were really good at communications throughout the project on what was happening, when, etc. The finished product was extremely high quality and looks amazing. A very good customer experience, Grant is truly a customer-obsessed perfectionist and very focused on customer satisfaction. Great job Southern Fabrication.
